Important Employment Hero App Update
The Employment Hero app will be changing to Swag, our new employment app on Wednesday 1st March. The Swag app will include an updated User Interface (UI) with additional product features.
Here’s what you need to know about the change:
- Employee Access: Employees using the mobile app can simply update their app on 1 March to see the changes. Any employee who is new to the mobile app, can use their existing Employment Hero login credentials to access Swag. The app can be downloaded or updated from Google Play and App Store from 1 March.
- Features: All the features currently available in the Employment Hero app will still be accessible in Swag. The update will also include additional features to the app.
- Support Materials: A Help Centre on our website will soon feature a range of support articles. An in-app walkthrough will help guide the employees on what’s new. We will also communicate this change with employees this week.
