It is so important to get the set-up of your accounting system right to ensure your processing and reports are telling your the truth! Consequently, we have had to come in to business too many times to ‘redo’ poor set-ups that we now offer a Start-up Business Bundle for $450 plus GST. Sound good! Even better is what you will get, and that includes;
- A Customised Chart of Accounts
- Set-up Tracking/Class/Locations (if required)
- Set up bank accounts and bank feeds
- Customised dashboard
- Branded Invoice template (conditions apply)
- Issue logins for your team
- Initial training of the software and how to set up products/services/template
- 1 hours follow up training after you have been using the program for a minimum of 2 weeks
- This one is so important, you serious won’t start to have real processing questions until you get to use the program, which is why you can use this training at any stage when you feel you are ready for it! During this time you have email and phone support and “how to videos” on generic bookkeeping questions.
- Set-up payroll – $50 and employee
- Set-up of customised reports tailored to your business needs.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Invoice templates that require detailed customisation beyond a standard template will incur an additional charge of $150.
